Life is good to Foon, thirty-plus and living the life of someone ten years younger. But it all begins to go wrong after a couple of missed calls during a night out in Shenzhen...
Another major commission by the HKAF following the runaway success of Murder in San Jose and The Truth About Lying, An Ordinary Man (working title) sees renowned stage actor Poon Chan-leung in his debut as writer and director. Louisa So, whose every previous HKAF performance has been sold-out, stars with stage veteran Cheung Kam-ching in this soulful portrait of a young man forced to find himself in the face of mortality.
