Hong Kong Arts Festival ("the Festival") Internet Privacy Policy Statement ("this Statement")
Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. The Festival has its own Personal Information Collection Statement ("Statement") and this Statement will demonstrate how the Festival collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data from www.artsfestival.org ("the Website") and assists you in making informed decisions when using the Website and our services. Registration
During the registration process prior to using the services of the Website, we require that you supply a unique subscriber ID and password, your name, email address, birthday, gender, address, education, and personal interest, etc. Failure to provide such information may result in our being unable to provide you with our services. On occasion, we may also collect additional personal data from you in connection with ticketing, lucky draws, audience surveys, competitions and/or our promotional activities, etc.

How long do we keep your personal data
We will keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to serve you or to continue to provide services you have requested. We will retain your personal data for a reasonable period if you cease to be our subscriber or customer unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
