How to book

CONDITIONS OF SALES

  • Advance bookings will be accepted from 15 October to 27 November 2009 (Hong Kong time) only. Late bookings will not be processed.
  • During the Advance Booking period, each subscriber may purchase up to a maximum of 16 tickets per performance.
  • All bookings will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.  The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of tickets.  Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of URBTIX and the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd.
  • Once the booking is processed, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There is, however, a Re-sale Service available for sold-out performances from 5 December 2009 onwards.
  • If you order your tickets in separate transactions, discounts previously enjoyed in the first transaction cannot be carried forward to the second transaction.
  • During the Advance Booking period the lowest price tickets and lowest price student tickets cannot be booked, except for programmes with only one ticket price and programmes under the Family Choice.
  • The Advance booking orders and the tickets will be sent to you by post. Please call URBTIX hotline at 2734 9011 to inquire about your booking status.
  • Half-price concessionary student tickets are limited to local, full-time students only.  Students will be required to produce a valid student ID card for inspection at the admission point.  Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
  • People with disabilities must bring the valid 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' when attending performances.  Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
  • Concessionary tickets are limited and bookings will be dealt with strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Persons below 6 years old will not be admitted.
  • The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on EACH ticket.
  • The seating plans on this website may vary slightly from the actual venues and are for reference purposes only.
  • The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes and seating arrangements.
  • Discount Scheme for HK Chinese Orchestra, HK Philharmonic Orchestra and HK Sinfonietta varies from other HK Arts Festival presentations.  Please contact the presenter for discount details.
